Replace the ink cartridge into the printer and print something right away, to get the ink flowing. Print a photo with different colors or a test page to make sure every color works. Follow the priming or cleaning cycle for your specific printer.
It is always best to refill ink cartridges as soon as you can, instead of leaving them for weeks so they dry out because this gives the best results.
